The Ethos Sports Centre at Imperial College commissioned three artworks for public spaces within the building. Two panels were designed for the reception area and one for a long connecting corridor. ¶ The imagery captures the speed and energy associated with patterns of movement in sport. Relief pixelated fields are juxtaposed against a contrasting ground of grid and boundary marks which represent the rules and constraints that define sport and physical exercise. ¶ Created in collaboration with Nick Higgins.
