Jhaveri Contemporary
Mumbai based Jhaveri Contemporary will be exhibiting Lubna's work in a group show on the theme of architecture and memory. The exhibition will open in August 2017 and will include Lubna's architectural sculpture and tableaux works.

Metropolis
Lubna is delighted to announce that her sculptural work Metropolis, will be exhibited in the ceramics galleries of the V&A as part of her residency there.
Metropolis is a multi-object work of over 1000 handmade clay sculptures which will be embedded in the iconic display cases of the V&A's Ceramic Galleries during London Design Festival ¶ The work charts the material culture of our urban environment, reflecting the complexity of the man-made world and human production.
Metropolis will be on display from 16th to 24th September, in the Ceramics Galleries, Victoria and Albert Museum

V&A Residency Open Studio
During her residency at the V&A Lubna is investigating cultural hybridity in objects from the collections and in response is developing a new group of experimental ceramic works.

Whitechapel Edition, Softswitch
The Whitechapel Gallery recently commissioned Lubna to produce an artists edition to accompany the Eduardo Paolozzi exhibiton. ¶ Lubna was a student of Paolozzi whilst at the RCA and also received his travel scholarship, to travel to South India. ¶ The edition is available from the Whitechapel Gallery. ¶ Glazed ceramic. Edition of 15 works. Dimensions 19 x 38 x1cm.

V&A Museum Residency
Lubna is delighted to announce that she has been selected as ceramics resident at the Victoria and Albert Museum. She will use this residency to investigate ‘hybridity’ in both the objects within the collections of the V&A and in the fabric of the building itself. ¶ There will be a number of Open Studio events, dates to be announced.
